AI maturity assessment

Template id: ai-maturity-assessment Responsible skill: ai-strategy:ai-maturity-assessment

Use this template to record an evidence-based view of the organisation's current AI maturity. Score only what the evidence shows. Anything not yet evidenced stays marked [To confirm: ...]. The archetypes are proposed CopilotForge classifications, not a Microsoft maturity classification.
