AI programme health report

Template id: programme-health-report

Responsible skill: programme-management:programme-health. Cost and capacity come from programme-management:budget-and-capacity, risks from programme-management:programme-risk-log and gate status from programme-management:stage-gates.

How to use this template: rate each dimension against the criteria your programme board has agreed, and publish those criteria with the report. Rate a dimension grey when there is no evidence, never green by default. Report adoption at team or role level above your agreed minimum group size, and never include individual usage, performance or attendance. Reviewer findings are reported exactly as the reviewer classified them. Every fact not yet available stays marked [To confirm: ...].
