Champions programme charter

Template id: champion-programme-charter

Responsible skills: champions:champion-programme-design (sections 1 to 10) and champions:recognition-and-progression (sections 11 to 13).

Use this charter to set up, reset or replicate a Copilot Champions programme. Every fact the organisation must supply is marked [To confirm: ...]; replace the marker when the fact is confirmed, and never fill it with a guess. Example content is fictional and is there to be replaced or deleted. Champions are selected on declared interest, skills and availability, and Champion measures are reported at programme level only, never as individual rankings.
