AI KPI framework and scorecard

Template id: coe-kpi-scorecard

Responsible skill: ai-centre-of-excellence:coe-kpi-framework. The adoption programme also uses this template for its adoption measures and baseline, completed by the Copilot Adoption department's adoption measurement skill.

How to use this template: choose two to four measures per family (five or six in total for a Starter organisation). Every measure needs a baseline, a target, a source and an owner role. Report usage only by team or role above the agreed minimum group size. Never name or rank individuals. Licence counts and hours saved may appear as context, never as the only measures.

4. Sponsor dashboard (four quadrants)

A one-page view for steering, drawn from the measures above. Value measures are never shown alone: each time, cost or revenue figure states its method and sits beside an outcome measure from the work. Champion participation is shown as coverage across teams, never by person.

8. Caveats

This scorecard does not prove that AI caused a change in outcomes. Early adoption gains may not yet show in value measures. Self-reported time savings are perceptions and are reported alongside measures from the work itself. [To confirm: any organisation-specific caveats.]
